Party Platters
Whether you choose classics like shrimp cocktail and crab cakes, a Vaughan’s specialty like broiled oysters, or any combination, you’ll find our party platters are the perfect way to cater to your guests. Get creative and pick out your own selection of platters. Or, ask one of our catering specialists to help you choose the best assortment of flavors for your group size and makeup. All Party Platters are also available to go!

Assorted Cheese Platter
An international assortment, served with a variety of gourmet crackers.
Serves up to 20 people – $32

Vegetable Platter
A colorful medley of crisp garden veggies, served with a blue cheese dipping sauce.
Serves up to 20 people – $30

Mini Ham Butties
Thinly-sliced ham, served with cheese and honey mustard on our homemade Irish brown bread.
24 pieces – $33

Mini Roast Beef Butties
Tender roast beef, served with cheese and tomato-horseradish sauce, on our homemade Irish brown bread.

Mini Crab Cake
Fresh, homemade blue crab cakes, delicately seasoned, pan-fried and topped with a tart lemon aioli.

Broiled Oyster
Selected fresh oysters, topped with bacon, watercress, garlic and parmesan cheese. Broiled until golden brown.

Whatever your event, we offer a traditional cash bar or a variety of open bar packages for your convenience. All prices are per person. Final guest count must be determined before each event.
Bronze Package
All imported and domestic beer.

Silver Package
All imported and domestic beer, plus house wine by the glass.
2 hrs - $20

Gold Package
All imported and domestic beer, house wine by the glass, plus all brand liquor.

Shots on cash basis.
 
A non-refundable payment of $100 for room charge is required at time of booking. Food order and final guest count must be given three days prior to function. You will be responsible for no-shows and you will be charged according to your final guest count. Menu items and prices are subject to change. CT sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to total bill.
